Wishpuff support
Wishpuff is Cypress Creek Ventures’ coloring-page app for iPhone and iPad. A child describes an idea, and Wishpuff makes one black-and-white page to print.
If you need help, write to hello@cypresscreekventures.com. Say what you were trying to do and what the app did. You do not need to include a child’s name.
How does Wishpuff make a picture?
Type an idea, or speak it. Speech is turned into text on the device, and Cypress Creek does not receive the recording. Wishpuff then makes one black-and-white coloring page. It does not turn an existing drawing into a picture, and there is no coloring inside the app.
Can we make pictures for free, or is there a subscription?
The app includes free pictures for creating new pages. Wishpuff Plus and Wishpuff Max are optional subscriptions for more new pages. Opening, printing, or exporting a page that is already saved on the device does not require an active subscription.
How do I open a picture again?
Open My Pages and tap the picture. Saved pictures stay on the device until a grown-up deletes them.
How do I print?
Open the page and choose print. A short grown-up check comes first. Wishpuff gives the page to the iPhone or iPad print dialog.
